The project includes updating the tile and staircases, concrete repair, and waterproofing of the buildings. Due to this project, you can expect to see construction crews on-site, scaffolding, and partial door or window coverings. The work is taking place from January until September, with different buildings being worked on during this time. Work takes place from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room that is perfect for enjoying a Fall football game or checking the weather before walking to the pool. The dining area can seat 4 comfortably with additional seating at the bar. The spacious kitchen offers full sized appliances and ample kitchen space. The cookware and dishes are already provided so you don’t have to bring anything from home. The guest bedroom offers 2 double beds and a flat screen TV. The bathroom offers a combination tub/shower. The Master bedroom has a King sized and a large flat screen TV as well. The condo is a short walk downstairs to the complex pool and less than a 10-minute walk to the public beach. A family beach vacation favorite, Venus Condominiums is quietly situated just a short walk from white sandy beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
