On the first level the family room has a pullout queen sofa sleeper, 32" flat screen with DVD and digital cable service. First bedroom on the entry level is furnished with two twin beds. Second bedroom also on the entry level is furnished with a queen bed. The Great Room is on the second floor and is a complete retreat to relax or entertain your family and friends. A wonderful gathering space featuring a large sectional sofa facing the ocean, gas fireplace, and 50" flat screen with DVD player and digital cable service. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked and equipped with everything the home chef will need. Primary suite has a king bed as well as a large, private, and luxurious spa bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. 2 reserved parking spaces in secured parking garage. *This Property Is NOT Equipped With Air Conditioning*

Amazing location! Beautiful unit. I love to be able to park the car and then just walk to everything. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The large upstairs living area...with a view of the ocean...worked perfectly for spending time together. Really appreciated having two designated parking spots.

Just a couple of small suggestions. Loose the floor rugs in entry, kitchen and bath rooms or keep them clean. Provide a cordless vacuum for quick clean ups.

Great little retreat
This condo was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We really enjoyed the way that the condo was laid out and all of the amenities. It was great to be able to sit on the little balcony and enjoy a drink while watching the waves, dolphins and birds. I would definitely return. Slight downside was the am noise due to the location right near the alley by the restaurant, but no place is perfect!!

We loved our stay in Avila Beach. The condo was wonderful - close to the ocean and the grandchildren loved playing at the beach and playgrounds. We will definitely be back.
