We had a great time. Location is right in the heart of town and a short walk to the pier. Only drawback is the street parking. So, we walked everywhere and felt healthier for it.

home away from home
We had a slight issue with the shower but the staff made sure that it was corrected. We are really fond of the rental and the location is perfect. We have 2 boys and they love that they can hop on their scooters and head into town. We park our car for the weekend and don't usually move it. The neighbor is a very pleasant man and we usually feed him a few times during the weekend.

Location, Location, Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at 340 Hollister in Pismo - the location is perfect! Everything is just a short stroll away. Having the small yard area was perfect for letting our dog dry off after frolicking at the beach and the neighbor behind the house was just a darn nice guy. The only negatives were the lack of seating in the back yard and sometimes a slightly strange smell in the house. These were out weighed by the ability to have our dog with us and the great location of this charming cottage. Hoping to go back again next year!

Great location
You can't beat this location: 2 blocks to beach access and 3 blocks to the pier. Being from Arizona, we loved having the windows open. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus.

Perfect stay!
340 Hollister was everything we wanted! Clean, comfortable, conveniently located with comfy beds! Perfect pillows, curtains, and comfy couches too. It was just right! We would definitely stay again.

A little bit of Heaven
Everything about our stay was awesome. The location within walking distance to beach was probably the best asset of this rental. We were in Heaven. The unit is very well maintained and cozy. Coastal Vacation Rentals were absolutely the best. And a very special thanks to Barbara for all she did to make our stay the best. CVR will always be our first choice for rentals.

Family Vacation Getaway during COVID
Pleasant and fun visit to Pismo Beach. Great Location. Comfortable large space. Well supplied bedrooms and bathrooms but pillows need replacing. Some minor functional issues in the kitchen. Front yard landscaping needs some attention. Street parking can be an issue during busy times.

Great Little House in Great Location
The process from booking through checking out was easy, straightforward, and as advertised. This little house was just right for 4 of us and, while small, is designed to feel comfortable and has all you need. It is right in the center of town, easy to walk to restaurants and the beach.

Casual Comfort
This little cottage is funky and fun with wood floors so you don't have to worry about the sand, a rather odd layout, but the bathrooms have both been remodeled and the 2 bedrooms are a bonus. It's only 2 blocks from walking on the beach and only 1 block to ur favorite cinnamon roll place.

Home Away
We love this property due to it's location. The neighbor that lives behind the property is very nice. The updates made to the property are great. I'm glad the windows were replaced. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the inside of the house didn't appear to be too clean. There was a blanket that was full of sand, that was all over the floor, so it had to be swept. The floors were dirty. I can only request that prior to a guest checking in the inside of the home should be given a cleaning. I wanted to go in and clean the window sills and the tracks but I was on vacation. Overall, I love the location and the updates.

Wonderful Beach Bungalow
We recently spent four nights in this wonderful rental on Hollister in Pismo Beach. It was super cute and clean. It had a very nice beach decor and lots if natural light. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear we needed. It was right in town an easy walk to shops, restaurants and of course the BEACH! As always Costal Vacation Rentals did not disappoint. I will continue to call them when I'm looking for a rental in the Pismo area and would definitely return To this property next time I'm in Pismo if it's available! Thanks!

Small but Good
2nd time I've stayed here. Good for walking into Pismo. Price isn't bad, but it is fairly tight inside. Mostly everything is good here. Few issues are: The oven door doesn't seal properly; The headboard on one of the beds constantly squeaks with the slightest movement. ***Be aware you have to park on the street with this rental unit.***

Cottage by the sea
We have absolutely loved our stay at this lovely cottage. In the mornings we love listening to the ocean. Just 1 block walk to downtown Pismo Beach, is so convenient for us. We really hate to leave. The house is cute inside and out. Well maintained

Thanksgiving at Pismo
4 nites 5 days beautiful weather. A few minuses, the ceiling fan in the living room had the pull cord pulled out so we couldnt use the fan. Also the smoke alarm is too sensitive near the kitchen, it was alwas going off when the oven was in use.

Great location. House older, but well maintained. Recommend no more than 4 adults in these cozy quarters. Loved being close to beach, town and dog friendly. Nice tenant living in house behind rental.

Great trip, useless hide-a-bed.
Loved the location, the house was perfect, but the hide-a-bed was broken and we slept on the floor. No internet access, even though the ad said it is provided. We will come back, but hope these two things are corrected. Thanks for the fun time.

Close to the beach and downtown!!
Nice, cozy small house perfect for a family. Walking distance to the beach, downtown, church, coffee, cinnamon rolls. Stove is old but works. Shower was nice but we had to call office to fix the water plumbing. We will consider it for our next trip.

Cozy and Delightful
Our family spent a long weekend here and were quite pleased. It's just a couple of blocks from town and the beach -- far enough not to be impacted at all by cars or people and close enough to walk everywhere. It was furnished comfortably (the only exception
being the condition of the hide-a-bed, which worked great as a couch, but, when pulled out, wasn't adequate for sleeping). Bathrooms newly-remodled, plenty of linens and kitchenware -- a winner!

Convenient location
Overall, I liked this cottage. The carpet could use cleaning and better mattresses would be lovely. But the space is good, and the location is just unbeatable. The property managers were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Overall very nice and relaxing. Opened the front and back doors to get a nice breeze. enjoyed the location and the short walk to the beach and stores. the couch was okay but the sleeper part of the couch was not usable. the springs and overall condition of the sleeper was poor. other than that the place was great. I would recommend it to others.

Just about what I expected for the $$...
The deposit turnaround time was was waaaaaay too long. Can't see any reason whatsoever that it should take 2 weeks to credit my card. Very uncool. The pullout sofa was a total joke and should be replaced ASAP. The "mattress" folds in on itself if left in the bed, if used on the floor, you are blessed with feeling springs all night. Condition of the place was fine, no frills, but fine.
