The house is small but it worked perfect for my family. I just wish it had another queen beds instead of 2 twin beds. They had pots, plates, even seasoning everything you could think of it was a great stay I would definitely be coming back to stay again! ☺️

This place is just right for our overflow relatives for our yearly Pismo vacation. Good location

1-The room with the double bed needs a smaller end table, so the bed can be moved over, and the person sleeping next to the wall doesn't have to crawl over the other one to get out of bed.
2-Great location, but very noisy at times, due to the busy traffic.

A nice but fairly small 2 bedroom cottage. A very short walk to the beach and center of Pismo. Behind another property and dwarfed by a large building next door (toward the beach) so there are no views. If you like to be close to everything this is a pretty good place to be. And, reasonably priced for the size.

As usual I had a great stay in a quite and well maintained cottage. CVR always there to take care of their guests.

Been here for about six weeks, the cottage is very nice, clean and comfortable.Short walk to the beach and downtown. Would recommend it for your stay in Pismo.

Carpeting could use a little cleaning, but otherwise accommodations were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property and location. Very cozy. The only complaint would be parking. We didn't realize there would not be assigned parking only street parking. Which is very busy and almost impossible during the day. It does clear out after dark. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly accomodating office staff.

It was really a nice rental in a great location. Everything was great except it takes too long to get your deposit back, they said it wont be processed until sometime next week. I hope I get it back before my credit card period ends.

I would not trade it for anything, the place are always clean and well stocked for us to enjoy our stay. I have not one complaint nor problems, our family plans to continue this weekend tradition for as long as we possibly can. Thank you so much!

Missing some basics like garbage disposal and dishwasher (not room for one though). No shower curtain liner, no bath mat, no hooks in bathroom. Should have bathroom heat lamp and fan combo in ceiling. Towel bars are very flimsy and cheap. Kitchen knives very cheap also. Table in LR wobbly. Very nicely decorated otherwise and well kept. Location is great. More nice artwork would be a bonus (posters etc.).

Most of the family was in a 4 bedroom condo next door, but we cooked a turkey, dressing and gravy in this smaller unit and it worked well for us.

Needs a little TLC.

Nice quiet house. Kitchen need some more items for a family of four.

Only issue was the location. Right next to a large apartment/hotel complex where a load party was going on Sat. night until midnight.
Parking could have been a problem as other cars had mine blocked in that same Sat. night. If I had needed to get out that night it would have been an issue. Other nights were OK, as the college kids had all left by Sunday noon.

over all it was great. seating for a long time not good. parking could be a real problem as this one had on street parking only. but that also meant we could walk to most everything. the ocean, restaurants, shops. the kitchen and bath were great. well worth the money

Overall the place was nice but I felt that the beds were not clean and had a smell of dirty (not just musty) The bedspread in front bedroom had stuff on it so made me wonder if sheets were clean?? It could use some new carpet (maybe thats were the smell came in)?? I could suggest a few things to make it easier for customers and more brighter. Just because it is an older unit does not mean it can't look like a well kept cottage. I would stay there again if I could still park in the parking space close by. Not sure if it was a fluke that we were able to park there this time. You don't have to post this for everyone to see, just wanted management to see. Weather was great during our stay and had to go back to 100 plus temp

Rented this little cottage for 2 months and was very happy. Nice and quite which is a plus on a weekend in pismo. Coastal vacation staff was quick to resolve any problems I had.

The cottage was sparkling clean, extremely convenient and everything function well. Great supply of linens. Kitchen items could be reviewed. Service was great. Would recommend.

The house was very comfortable, and all items needed were provided in the house, utensils, silverware, most kitchen items. Loved it, very clean.

The location of 345 is perfect. If you're not looking to spend much time in the unit, then this is the place for you. The living space is very small with no dining table to eat. The beds occupy the entirety of the bedrooms. The bathroom is large and the 'mud room' provided lots of space for towels and other equipment. The cramped quarters are balanced with the proximity to the beach and town.

The stay was fun. We had a good time. We did need to go out and buy a bathtub stopper. We would come again. Thanks
