Very good value for money. Superb views of Ferry. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Everything one required for cooking etc. Needed some tea towels.
Enjoyed whole accommodation. Always things which could be improved, but that would be being fussy. Great place to stay again. Glad found it.

Beautiful views over Broughty Ferry and the River Tay from the lounge and deck.
Small quibble, the last guests didn't clean the cups, glasses, cutlery and crockery very well.

Comfy bed and nice view. Good shower. . Clean and well equipped.
Great kitchen
The back door lock is very stiff.
When the dining table sides are put up they don’t sit flat so plates/ cups not stable - needs fixed.

Lovely and clean 👌 spacious and the view was beautiful...couldn't fault it at all
The drive was a little difficult tto negotiate with a big car as on a steep hill but by day 5 we were experts!!

Cottage is located up a steepish hill so the views over Broughty Ferry were brilliant. The mix of seating areas outside provided the option of together time or alone time. All with fabulous views. Very peaceful

location and size of the property, not too close to neighbouring properties . my husband is originally from Dundee, so we will return. we attended a wedding in the area

Location and view. Good lay-out and range of utensils in kitchen.
Patio doors need replacing as woodwork is rotten. Outside decking area is need of TLC.
Shower cubicle is somewhat small! Lounge sofas could do with re-springing.

As it was for work it was just a bit over budget for my husband and his colleague but they thought it was lovely

i loved the location and how well thought out the owners have planned what a family would need when staying from cooking utensils to Netflix on the tv
nothing really but if I had to nit pick , we have a big car and the driveway was a bit small

Lovely little place, in a lovely little town. A great base for exploring the area. Very comfortable accomodation with everything we needed.
