The apartment was very clean,my kids and I loved it.It felt like our home abroad.

It's an acceptable place. Cleaning not so good. Overpriced.
The owner cancelled my last day of my stay and I was left with no place. I had to prepay all in advance. They double booked to try to maximise their profit and then asked me to leave one day before my reservation. Really the worste host! Avoid this place if you can!

Clean, cool (it was hot and I was on the ground floor)
The outer door didn’t feel secure. the self closing doors in the building make a lot of noise since people do not usually hold them closed.

Great location. Nicely decorated. Very homely
The bath screen guard. Water kept dripping to the floor. Had to be mopping but in general well done to all the facilities in the toilet.

The location was great. Parking was a bonus.
The lounge suite was like sitting on a rock.
Did not appreciate a stranger repeatedly ringing on the door at 10.30pm wanting to come in.
The hot water kept going on and off. (Cold Shower)
A non slip mat for the bath would have been handy.

The apartment is clean and location is convenient to get around nearby locations. The Todd Building bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment.
It'd be good to have a few coat hooks at the entrance and a towel rack in the bathroom. The shower/water temperature is either way to hot or way too cold and difficult to control.

great quiet location
we booked for 3 people. only given towels for 2 and lack of cutlery. sofa bed not the most comfortable but apartment is excellent.

The bed was very comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning and the WiFi was very good unlike alot of hotels I've stayed at . Netflix was a nice touch too we had everything we needed

Fantastic apartment, has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Spacious open plan living and dining area with good sized bedroom and extremely comfortable super king sized bed.
Very modern bathroom with bath and shower.
Easy to find as just off the A1 and 10 minute walk to the shops and train station.
Very quiet with onsite parking.
Toilet seat was loose.
Could do with a hairdryer.

Info on booking.com paperwork incorrect reference cash payments at property. Sorting out the heating was a bit confusing as we were told we only needed to turn up the thermostat but the boiler was not working, we did sort it.

v clean. appliances were easy to use ie thr stove, heater, fridge, etc. kitchen was well equipt with all utensils needed for some cooking and meals.
location is superb just a few mins walk to UH which was our main destination, and abt 15mins to galleria.
the location is well serviced by buses which we used to get around. we mainly used bus stops at Todd building or Bishops close or the galleria

A very clean apartment, well designed and laid out. The kitchen facilities were easy to use and very modern including a fridge freezer, electric hob and oven.
The sofa was a little bit uncomfortable for my liking, and the apartment retains heat very well, but for someone who gets very hot, it wasn't ideal.

The properly was lovely. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!
The location was great It’s situated on a quiet street, it’s a 30 min walk from the station and roughly a 15 minute walk to a supermarket.
Host was very easy to get hold off. We had no need to contact him during our stay as everything was great but he was very communicative prior to our stay.

Everything was perfect. Nice location with lot of restaurants around. Check in is very straightforward and host was very helpful and answer any questions I asked. Onsite free parking.
