It’s big enough for my family (4ppl), and I did cook every night and did the laundry. It’s really good for a family

It’s about 10mins walk from ueno station to the stay. It’s a bit tiring

Family room was on the larger size for Japan. Easily slept me and my 3 adult children. Location was close to transport options. Breakfast was good. Staff happily kept an eye on our bags after we checked out whilst we were shopping and sight seeing.

The location was pretty good, easy enough access to trains to get about. Breakfast was good. Great facilities in the room, big fridge in our 5 person room.

Pillows were a little too low/flat for me but everything else was great.

Location is ok near 7/11 but a bit of a hike to the happening part of Ueno.

冷氣濾網可能要自己進房時注意，雖是房間單獨的冷暖，但因為睡覺會用，所以checkin完晚上睡覺前，要先巡，自身遇到的，濾網上面累積的灰塵約10天至兩星期的量。

시설이 깨끗. 소음이 없이 조용했음. 주방도구. 수건충분. 세탁기. 건조기 있어 가족단위 숙박 좋음.

4인 숙박 경우 이불이 3세트임.(더블 침대 이불2개. 2층 침대에 이불이 1개뿐이여서 4인이 묵을 때 불편함)

pillows are extremely uncomfortable tho it might be personal issue, it was so noisy even with windows closed, my family was sick during the stay so we asked to check out later than 10am, but they had to charge me ￥14000yen， after I show my complain they reduced down to 10k yen which was so unreasonable so I have to rushed my family down even though they were all sick

Excellent for English speaker, clean and tiny. But 20 mins walking from the Skyliner station. It is okay for 15 mins walking from JR station….

Our family can washing and drying our clothes as much as we can. If you like it is good for you family cooking over there!

I book and pay for 5 person. Staying 3 night. They only gave us 4 pillow. Request 1st night said tomorrow will be prepare. 2 night no pillow. Piss off 3rd night I purposely go and request again. The guy at counter just said the room only have 4 bed so only 4 pillows. But I pay 5 pax???

It’s relatively near to the major train stations. Found out on the last day that there was a much nearer station than Ueno, albeit it’s a small one that is not an interchange. Room size was decent for Tokyo.

The pillows, one very soft and tiny pillow per bed, does not look like there is an option for requesting more pillows.

Overall very good location and there is a novel way for guests to access their rooms. Love that feature. Security is pretty good with PIN access even for the elevators. There is a downside to that though. Size of the room was pretty good for Tokyo.

Quite pedantic with garbage disposal and quite honestly, wish they were more proactive with room cleaning.

Room size was great. Fully equipped kitchen which will see me back there and the rooms were very spacious but not over the top

The breakfast was a bit ordinary otherwise not a lot was wrong. Location was a little ways from public transport but not excessive as I like to walk but with luggage was a bit of a drama

The room was clean and has all facilities, the staff were attentive, the breakfast was modest but enough to get you going in the morning. The location is good enough if you do not mind walking a bit from the station (about 15 min).

た乾燥機付洗濯機が部屋にあるのは子連れファミリーにはとても助かります。洗濯機も清潔にしてありとても良かった。駐車場も臨機応変に対応していただき本当にありがとうございました。

不満なし

The apartment was cosy but had many useful facilities such as the induction cooker, refrigerator, and washing machine and dryer. The two convenience stores within walking distance also meant that food and drinks were easily accessible.

All was good, nothing to complain about.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy, and the rubbish bin was smelly.

Good location. Great value for family of 5 needing to stay over one night for transferring to another city. The room was comfortable and somewhat small for 5 people, but that was expected for Tokyo. The beds were comfortable. Having a table and kitchen sink would be a plus for longer stay. The breakfast staff was amazing and so nice. The front receptionists were okay: some were nicer than the others. Overall, good value.

The standard family room was actually smaller than the photos, but we understood it’s normal with Tokyo standard. Room was clean though.

The location was actually quite far from Ueno train/metro station. Although it’s all flat roads, it normally took 15 mins to walk back to the hotel after train/metro each time.
