A very clean and very well appointed property, small but well designed. A lot of thoughtful attention to detail and provision of supplies. We were able to prepare and heat a meal in our apartment. It was lovely to meet our host and to be greeted so warmly by their dog Juna. Able to sit outside in the garden. Our bicycles were secure within the locked gates of the property.

We had a wonderful stay here and Viviana was very friendly and thoughtful. We had to check-in late but it was no problem as she waited for us with a welcome drink and snacks! Next day, since it was raining, she even provided us with some rags to clean our motorbike! The dog was also very well behaved. The location was convenient to visit lake Como and other places nearby. Highly recommend!

Bright, clean and nicely arranged space. Great bathroom. Parking place and garden. Very close to the lake and shops, restaurants as well. Welcome package with some tasty food and beverages.

Excellent hosting from the host Viviana kept very good communication for my comfort for the stay she has added everything in that room very cozy and comfortable
