The chalet location was great. There was a magnificent view across the Sion valley. The restaurants were within walking distance and the servers were great. The ski bus stop was only 75 meters away and we were usually the first ones on. There is also the Volg grocery store just a short walk away. The initial communication was good with Interhome, but it was difficult to contact them directly once in Switzerland.

It was difficult to make arrangements to get the key. We had to make all the arrangements with them and it was difficult to get a hold of them and even harder to get a reply. They did not reach out to us. Eventually we had to go through the 24/7 help line. They were helpful and got a hold of Interhome and made arrangements for us to get the key. I had expected to meet someone at the property, but instead had to go to the office and get it. Also, I don't understand why the tourist tax can't be paid up front. I would suggest paying this tax up front and then having a lock box on the property with the keys in it. The bedrooms were much smaller than I anticipated. The biggest issue for me was, upstairs there was only enough hot water for 1.5 quick hot showers; I rinsed in icy cold water! They should also provide more than 1 garbage bag and more toilet paper.

Comfortable and spacious apartment with all amenities. Clean and tidy.

The shower hot water supply is not made for several showerers at the same time.
