It is a newly built hotel in an up and coming part of town so there isn't much traffic noise, which made a good nights sleep. The comfortable bed helped too!
The only option for dinner late at night was Sonic -but they were great.

Beds super comfy, they gave us a handicap room which was pretty big as well as the bathroom.

The beds were way more comfortable than I was expecting. I’ve only stayed at a couple of hotels whose beds were that comfy.
The line was way too long for breakfast. They were packed and super busy. I was really looking forward to a waffle, but there was only one waffle iron and about6 or 7 people in line for it. I just had a biscuit and hash browns.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. We love staying here when in the area.
There was a baseball/softball tournament and a lot of players and their families were staying there. Those people were loud, allowed their kids to run up and down the halls, were rude to the staff, especially the breakfast staff, and had no respect for other guests in the building. It had nothing to do with the hotel staff because they were doing their best to control the mess.

Housekeeping service was hard to get. And, it was substandard unless you supervised service yourself.
Breakfast was average at best. Breakfast bar was out of food, juice, & utensils usually. Request for remedy from staff yielded nothing but bad attitudes from the staff.

Staff was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and clean, fitness center was well maintained and a good size, breakfast was generous with both grab and go items and hot food.
We were in town for a softball tournament. While the hotel was very close to the fields, the area is rural and there were limited food and entertainment options.

We were on the second floor and it was extremely hot in the hallway and it took over 24 hours for our ac to actually cool our room.

I don't know who made the mistake it had to be bucket I booked the hotel said it was close to Choctaw casino in Durant no it's in Choctaw Oklahoma not even close to the casino

very nice facility but was not ready to be open. I think it will be better with more staff to help. staff was nice
no breakfast. no room service. Filthy with construction dust and debris. no coffee ready at coffee station, no coffee in the room. NO HOT WATER both days we stayed.

There were frozen danishes, juice dispenser was not working.
NO hot water/NO shower curtain/NO response from general manager 4 days after the stay/

The evening desk clerk was very kind and went above and beyond to try and help us with our room situation. Unfortunately, she wasnt able to do anything. But she tried.
There was no hot water. The elevators only worked part of the time. Outlets didnt work in the room. Charged for a KING SUITE and it was just a regular room. Breakfast included in the price and there wasnt any breakfast... No compensation offered, at all... For a new hotel, this should not have happened.
