Parking was a little cramped

Everything was perfect and very comfortable and staff very helpfull.

The house is beautifully decorated inside but the open plan means all sound carries to the bedrooms on the ground floor. I was in room 3 which was great (although overlooks parking area), really comfortable bed, amazing shower, good internet once the extended router was in place. It's great value for money.

The major downside was that my room (room 3) looked straight onto the parking/entrance. There was zero privacy as there is no net curtain or misted window in place - even a half level screen would suffice There is no information available about Windhoek or surrounding area, the staff were pleasant but uninformed. Also, there was no answer on booking when I requested an airport transfer. I'd recommend it as an overnight stay for arrival/departure from the airport but don't expect to get any travel/local amenity advice.

The quality of services rendered was 100% The staff members, guest, owner and everyone on the property was so friendly and kind. I applause the quality of services rendered. The property is absolutely memorable. I felt so at home and enjoyed the quick conversations with the staff. They were absolutely professional and know how to treat guest. I hope that each person will prosper in their own life's. Thanks for making my few days in Windhoek, a dream come true. I will definitely come back again.

Nothing, it was exceptional

Nicely presented. Delicious meal. Flexible to accomodate my need (timing wise) The ambiance is great! The owners are very welcoming from heart! I love to come back again ! It is not just a hotel ... feels coming back to a family....

I wish it was walking distance from the city for my need.... but it balances out due to its tranquility :)

Very well decorated and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay and we are thankful for the breakfast that was arranged for us to honor the booking requirements. Thank You Hylia and Elly for making our stay memorable

No AC system but a portable evaporative cooler not very effective when it's very hot at night

The rooms are well kept and the linens smelled wonderful! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location and the garden and pool gave the property a nice feeling.

The owner has two small dogs, one that started barking inside the hall right next to our room from 5 o'clock in the morning and the other one on the outside of our room. This made sleeping impossible! The cat jumped into the room and on the bed as well during the early morning hours, startling us. The owner needs to take more responsibility for the pets kept to still offer peace and privacy to the guests at the accommodation

Absolutely fantastic to stay at Maryke’s awesome Safari Villa. Immaculate, clean, spacious rooms, which made us feel at home immediately. Breakfast was AMAZING! The check in and check out process was seamless. Enjoyed a couple of beers on the lovely veranda lounge sitting area overlooking the garden and pool. Wonderful host, who not only provided everything we needed but also gave us tips on where to go and what to do during our stay. Staff too were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Windhoek!

House is lovely.

Shower right next to bed so no privacy, no shower mat and shower door not closing (rubbers falling off) causing water leaking. No soap provided, had to shower with handwash. No milk provided with coffee facilities. No towel rails or holder for toilet paper.. No bedside lamps... Basic things missing. Room did not even get serviced on day 2...bed not made, bins not emptied, mugs etc not washed. Main bedroom window looking out onto guesthouse laundry as well as parking area for guests so very little privacy. Dogs on property with feaces left on paving... Was there for 2 days without cleaning up. Not once were we asked if we enjoyed stay etc...
