Brand new, modern decor, quiet location away from freeways. Tons of eating and shopping nearby.

Breakfast was just ok. It says it is a continental breakfast, and don’t expect more.

The hotel was very clean and with a minimalist design. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fab with a good selection of healthy options.

The bed was soft, still very comfortable and I had a good sleep, but my personal preference is a firm bed.

The reception lady was lovely,helpful and very professional. The room on the ground floor was very clean, well thought out for space. The gym had new equipment. Parking was great, right outside our room Breakfast was basic but everything was clean and easy to find.

Cleanliness & Friendly Staff

Communication was good. They at least told me that my room was being sold out from under me.

Prepaid for a room, non refundable rate. I was expecting to arrive late (around 11pm). The front desk called me around 10pm and said they were overbooked, and my room would likely be given away. I arrived at 2am. The desk confirmed my room had been given away and they had no vacancies. I had to make alternate arrangements at 2am. I thought a prepaid reservation would, you know, “reserve” a room. Apparently I was mistaken. Still working on getting my refund.

Poor breakfast options

I liked that coffee was available 24/7 and the same with snacks.

Staff was very rude! Some was smoking weed and drinking alcohol and did not care that customers what around, and in the morning housekeeping management was cursing in the hallways.

No closet space

The comfortableness of our room. We didn't hear a thing as if it was soundproof. The staff was excellent. Mrs Patricia, Mr Cory, and the lighter skinned young lady(I forgot her name).

When we 1st arrived, the 1st room we were given had messed up sheets. The 2nd room made up for it. We couldn't get the fridge to work like the 1st 2 days but after that it ran well. Overall, a great stay! They accommodated our needs.

avid hotels do have thinner then average walls, but we already knew this so it wasn’t something that prevented our stay.
