I can't praise the service we received at Irissa Suites highly enough to do the hosts credit. I have honestly never experienced such generosity and kindness like this before. The food was absolutely amazing and authentic 'local fare' made and delivered by the family. The service was not at all intrusive. The location is gorgeous and the pool was delicious. Beautiful setting and privacy. Incredibly lovely and helpful people. A wonderful experience all round.

Irissa Suites comprises 4 modern suites (in 2 blocks of 2), set in a garden with a shared swimming pool and sun terrace. The suites are open plan and split-level, with (in our case) two single beds in a screened gallery, and a double bedroom in an alcove below. Each suite has an attractive seating area with outdoor furniture (an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and small swing seat) under a pergola, facing south west for the afternoon sun. The property is situated amongst fields of crops in a flat region surrounded by attractive hills, accessed by a coastal road from Nafplion (30 minutes' drive away) in the Peloponnesus. The suites are very well appointed and furnished, and the hosts (who live close by, on site) are wonderful. Our suite was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked bread and cake, amongst other treats. The nearest stretch of coastline is a short walk, and the local village (a few kilometres away) has a couple of excellent tavernas. Nafplion is a must-see, with an attractive old town and harbour, with historical churches and an ancient parliament building, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants in its pedestrianised streets, all accessible on foot from a free parking area.

We have no criticisms at all! You will want to hire a car to travel the local area and to visit the local tavernas.

Very clean, accommodations were very nice and fully equipped. Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Dropped off delicious breakfast, snacks, and wine!

You had to drive to access anything.

A spotlessly clean and beautifully designed complex, offering total peace in a rural environment. The pool area was a delight surrounded by lush grass and landscaped grounds. Just a short 5 minute level walk to the sea. The family who owned the villas were very gracious hosts who provided us with not only a welcome pack of food with wine but also a beautiful basket of complimentary supplies on our first morning. We would certainly recommend these villas to family and friends and plan to return when in the area again.

Very modern and stylish suite, super shower and good beds. Big refreshing swimming pool. Incredible hospitality. Walking distance from the beach. What more do you need for a relax holiday.

On our way to the property our rental car broke down. We were some 80 miles away from our destination. The hostess came all the way by car to fetch us. She was extremely nice and interpreted between us and the Greek car rental office. When we had arrived at the property, she brought us some food to comfort us.

I liked everything about Irisa Suites. We were 16 persons and we rented all 4 houses. Very clean, new, beautiful design. The hosts were amazing and very helpful. Every time we needed something, they were there to fix / bring. We even had a delicious traditional dinner offered by Elizabeth and her husband for the Greek Independence day. Also, the breakfast with local products - AMAZING. The property is absolutely worth it!

The hosts were amazing they gives a lovely feeling all along the vacation. One night they drove an hour just to buy for us a new heater since in one room it was a bit cold. In the morning they brought breakfast full with goods and fresh eggs. It’s modern clean and 100 worth every penny.

Nothing bad

The houses were built in 2021 so everything is brand new. The interior is very stylish and comfortably equipped (you can even use your Netflix & Amazon Account on the TV). The outside is great to just hang out by the (infinity!) pool and relax. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helped with advice on activities. They live nearby so should there be any issues, they can assist immediately (we did not face any issues though). The location is also convenient with Nafplio only 30min drive away and other highlights like Mycenae and Epidavros 30-40min. Athens only 2h. There seem to be plenty of beaches around but cannot judge that as we were ther in December.

A little slice of heaven. A true paradise in the back of beyond. Absolute relaxation and serenity. This place is a well hidden gem, few kilometers from Nafplio. The architectural design of the maisonettes is exceptional. Modern. Minimalistic. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom with a walk in shower, a california bed downstairs, and two single beds upstairs, a nice couch, 2 TVs, 2 ACs, and the nicest patio with outdoor furniture. The pool is sparkling clean. Elisavet is amazing. Very friendly, smiley, and helpful. I will definitely be going back to this place.

The location seems a bit far from everything and it is. But this is its biggest advantage at the same time. Could offer a basket with few breakfast essentials, like butter, rusks, jam, etc.
