This unit is only 3075lbs dry and 3950 GVWR and can be towed by SUV or mini-van with towing capacity of 5,000lbs or more. Sleeps up to 4 2 on the queen bed 2 on the bunk beds Each rental will be provided with fitted sheets for all the beds, dishes, cutlery for 4, 2 camping chairs, pot/pan, and cooking utensils. ***Rentals 3 nights or longer can request complimentary full bedding (fitted/flat sheets, duvet in duvet cover, pillows). Please advise at booking if you require bedding and for which beds. We will provide two (2) 20lb propane tanks per rental with no requirement to refill. Propane is intended for regular use with the unit including heating and stove. Additional uses such as a personal fire pit is not intended and would require the tank to be refilled. 8,000 BTU air conditioner, heater, stove, microwave are all in the unit and we will make sure you are comfortable with their use. We will make every attempt to have the fridge running on propane and pre-cooled before you arrive. We do have a generator available for rent between all our untis. Please advise at booking if you require a generator. Our cleaning/prep fee covers propane, toiler paper, cleaning and sanitizing between rentals, some cleaning supplies and everything you require to safely tow and hook up the trailer at the campsite. At the end of the rental, we ask that the trailer be returned free of personal effects and reasonably tidy. We don't require it to be cleaned thoroughly as we will clean it anyway :)
