They changed the apartment I booked flat 8 to flat 10 claiming this one is better . The property was on second floor , there is no elevator and we had to lift the luggage up the 50 stairs. TV didn't work and upon repeated complaints, the care taker just took away the set top box. The beds were old and hard like stone. The property was cleaned only once in 15 days, there were noisy barking,howling dogs every night that made it impossible to sleep. It wasn't even easy to shut the windows as the mosquito nets were put on the them making it difficult to open and close the window. The gas stove was old and the knob came off while cooking. There is no dedicated parking lot which was promised to us. The tiny space made it extremely difficult to park and drive away the car

No air conditioner available. Only air cooler was there.

Host was very helpful. Location was good and surrounded by greenary.

Housekeeping can be improved. Lift is currently not there. Work is in progress

It was really nice stay and felt homely. Easy accessible to the main places in and around Trivandrum city. Overall i am extremely satisfied.

Best place for families. The location is calm and the rooms were very clean. Felt like my home with no disturbance. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Stayed in flat 8 which was well ventilated.

There was no wall clock.

Well maintained well furnished appartment the owner was incredibly helpfull and the amenities were great. The room and kitchen was wonderful, clean
