perfect for our needs. three comfortable rooms, very nice sitting room.
the electric shower wasn’t great, but there was a good main supply shower which was fine.

The decor was perfect.. beds and bedding 5* bath towels supplied 5* lovely little private garden with seating and table.. nice kitchen. easy to use gas hob and electric cooker. comfortable and welcoming lounge..
Bathroom was dated and not very clean.. stained toilet and other areas of bathroom not cleaned.. If I had mentioned this at beginning of our stay then the cleaners would have come back but I didn't want the inconvience of cleaners in house during our stay...
Parts of kitchen.. fridge . cooker .. inside cupboards. and pots all not clean.... BUT even with these few inconviences I really enjoyed the house the rest of it is perfect...
