Location is horrible, very bad neighborhood, the sofas were dirty and stained, the towels didn’t look clean too, the bedsheet and the comforters were not clean and not washed for new guests.

Nestled near the awe-inspiring Niagara Falls, this spacious apartment in Buffalo was an ideal retreat for our large family of 9. Its unbeatable location allowed us to easily explore the wonders of the Falls, from boat tours to scenic walks. With four cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a communal living area, we found comfort and convenience in every corner. Combined with the warm hospitality of the management team, our experience in this apartment was nothing short of extraordinary, making it a perfect choice for families seeking a memorable and convenient getaway near Niagara Falls.
They provided us plenty of towels. It was wonderful.

We had a lovely stay! It was so spacious and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. The location was very convenient and quiet, and we parked right in front of the property. We will definitely be back.

The location was not ideal. My children felt unsafe and there were people watching us check-in and it felt very concerning.
