Brilliant luxury hotel in an excellent location. The staff and facilities were superb. iPads control everything in your room including lighting, climate control, entertainment and even room service and housekeeping. The concierge was very helpful, and Ozgur the doorman was lovely when we came back to pick up our luggage on the day that we had checked out. He brought us out a coffee and some Turkish delight while we waiting for our transfer to the airport. This hotel is very clean, very modern, very spacious and, of course, more expensive than most other offerings. You get what you pay for, and we got nothing but luxury.

If you step out for a cigarette then don't take even a small bag with you as you get security screened every time you come back in. It's quick but tedious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the amazing doorman, Ozgur, whose warm smile instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, Ozgur ensured that we had no trouble getting taxis to our desired locations, communicating with the drivers to ensure smooth and hassle-free rides. It was truly comforting to know that someone cared about our well-being in a foreign country. Another standout member of the hotel staff was Ceyda, the lovely lady at the reception. Even when there was a bit of confusion during check-in, she patiently and calmly explained everything to us with a smile. We were pleasantly surprised to find a special treat in our room to celebrate our birthdays, thanks to Ceyda's thoughtfulness. She also handled any issues we raised with utmost professionalism and always with a smile. I apologize for not noting the name of the lady who accompanied us to our room, but she was equally friendly and helpful. Our breakfast experience was truly delightful, thanks to Gokhan, who introduced us to the local way of making menmen eggs, which were absolutely amazing. Gokhan greeted us every morning with a smile, and by the second day, he already knew exactly how we liked our tea and coffee. This attention to detail was truly impressive. I must also mention Ibrahim, who went out of his way to source the cranberry juice that we liked, even though it wasn't readily available. It's the small gestures like these that made our stay truly memorable. We decided to indulge in the club lounge experience by paying extra, and I must say it was worth every penny. Mekai, the staff member in the club lounge, went above and beyond with the drinks service, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

The location is great although on the quiet side (Asya -side) so as a tourist be careful with the taxi drivers trying to charge you double to cross the bridge. Check with hotel how much it is to cross the bridge tunnel / over and note this.
