兩人訂家庭日式四人房為的就是照片上的陽台以及洗石湯屋，入住後都沒有，表示還要註明需求
旅館的表示讓我覺得是booking 問題，以往沒有這樣的經驗，如果是這樣，我對booking也給予差的評價

The staff are nice. There is breakfast included that we forgot but they reminded us. The hot spring tub is good. The place is close to the museum. The security guard are very polite and helpful.

The living/ bedding area is big and nice that we have a lot of space to move around and dined properly. The hot spring hot tub is huge, so two people can both enjoy the bath at the same time.
Some of the housewares might be old, but still functioning.

The whole place is outdated. Furniture was old and filthy. it’s a hot spring hotel but the tub for soaking in the hot spring water is not safe for getting in and out. It’s deep and slippery without and safety bars to hang onto as a person steps in and out of the tub.
The bathroom is dirty.
The check in time is at 6 pm which is unusually late while the check out time is at 11 am which is earlier than most hotels.

great location near thermal valley and bath in room
very dated and worn furnishings (chairs, curtains, towels, paneling) were very worn and threadbare in some cases. the soaking tub was not comfortable for two people.

convenient ,quiet and clean. Western breakfast with delicious salad. Staff are polite .
It’s better to provide robe so that we can take photos in the Japanese style room.

The room is great!!! Clean & comfortable,staying in hot spring hotel for weekend vacation is perfect! The room is not really big but enough

1. The bathroom feels nice. Overall it is spacious and clean for both the hot spring tub and the showering area.
2. The style of the room makes the right vibe. We chose the washitsu room with the bed placed on the floor and the tatamis. We felt correctly treated with given vibes.
3. The balcony allows a window view of a end of the park in Beitou, with threes and natural surroudings.
4. The hotel is located further inside the Beitou area, hence less light pollution.
5. The toiletries are provided sufficiently and put to be easily noticed.
1. There was only one lock for the door, no chain lock to better protect tenants during sleep.
2. As the hotel is also located by the side of a big road, it can be noisy when people talk outside or cars drive by.
3. Only one balcony chair is at disposal. We were not able to both stay outside on the balcony to enjoy the view.
