1) The lifestyle center has various facilities – gym, laundromat, conference room, paddle tennis and restaurant.
2) The location is convenient with proximity to shopping and entertainment.
Heleen was a good host. She tried her best to resolve issues with the unit as they were identified, however, it is imperative that the owner of this unit take some pride in maintaining the unit whether it's the quality of the appliances, furniture, or plumbing. Proceed with caution with this property.
1) The bed mattress was sinking resulting in poor sleep quality and back pain. The bed was eventually replaced, however, with a very firm mattress.
2) The plumbing was problematic. There was a faecal odour emerging from the shower.
3) The towel and linen provided were not of poor quality. There were stains on the linen and bleached stains on the towels.
4) The microwave had to be replaced as the motor was vibrating.
5) The washing machine’s tumble-drying functionality was not working. After doing a load, the clothes were still damp.
6) The glass on the extractor fan was dirty.
In summary, it seems that the owner of this unit does not take pride in maintaining the unit whether it's the quality of the appliances, furniture, or plumbing. I had taken a few photos of aspects that were not up to standard, however, midway and toward the end of our stay, were just frustrated. Proceed with caution with this property.

When we arrived at the property there were flying insects in the kitchen. There was loadshedding but no rechargable lamps were provided. The agent said she would bring candles for the next day but didnt. We ended up buying our own lamp. The lights where off even after loadshedding. We contacted the agent who was unhelpful and even said we must not contact her for any assistance for the remainder of the stay

the property is clean, peaceful, safe, well resourced and a walking distance from the mall

The apartment was neat and tidy. Being close to the malls and eateries was great. The manager of the apartment was always available, very friendly and accommodating and constantly checked up. Excellent.

When I was informed to pay R1500 for breakages or damages, it was so inconvenient cos I wasn't expecting that and where I was there was a network problem
