this property is actually a nice place if this was the area that I had selected. The location I selected, which is across the street from where my daughter lives, and the reason for the trip was to be there as she gave birth. Instead, we are placing a location of mile away, which required daily Uber. After initially speaking to customer service I have not had a return phone call or been able to contact anyone from the owner of the property to booking.com. Unbelievably dissatisfied with the way that my wife and I have been handled.
this is not the property that I selected based on the location. The address given to me was not the address, but I ended up at. I have not been able to speak to anyone after the initial call with Customer Service.

Nice and close to metro, shopping and restaurants.
We are seniors and prefer regular cable tv, with a guide where you can see what’s on all the usual networks. This Roku business didn’t work for us.
