No air conditioning, the room was very stuffy, and many many stairs to climb both inside and outside. Floors were slippery and dangerous.

The owner was very hospitable, and the breakfast was amazing. When there was a slight misunderstanding about the room, she did everything she could to accommodate us.

While the basement bedroom has heat, the basement rec area does not (a small space heater was provided for the rec area).

Ava cooked is an elaborate delicious breakfast! She went above and beyond with the food and accommodations.

I didn’t realize she had a dog and I am a bit allergic… but Bruno is very sweet and my son loved him!!

Most beautiful breakfast I’ve ever seen. Quite the feast with lots of variety. She is very accommodating of our timing. We had breakfast in a dining room with a gorgeous window that overlooked the snowy property. It was absolutely dreamy. We came for skiing- it’s like 10 mins (maybe less of you know the way!) to Mt Peter and our host (Eva) gave us some great tips. She’s actually a ski instructor so she offered us some good advice. There are parks and beaches and hiking nearby and some cute little restaurants. Parking was very easy to find in the wintertime. If you dress warm, hiking and icy beaches are breathtaking and worth visiting.

No complaints here. Very cozy, fabulous breakfast, great views and windows, and excellent host that made me feel like family. Stay upstairs for a romantic bedroom and view or downstairs for a bit more space/privacy. You can even hook up music and the shower gives you various settings including rain shower and body jets. If you go in winter, make sure you can drive in snow/ice

The host was so responsive, kind and attentive. Really loved her energy and her house converted to a bed and breakfast was so comfortable and lovely.

Nothing negative to say. A great host and comfortable stay if you need to be in the area.

We loved the comfy stay and the amazing breakfast. I personally enjoyed the friendly host and her Dalmatian!
