The location was perfect! Easy to get around for a meal and view of ocean. The room was comfortably enough.

The carpets was very dirty and smelled like dirty feet. Couch could have been refreshed. But the bathroom was clean. We was there 4 nights could have used a broom and some fresh towels. As the weekend came it was difficult to get out of the parking lot by our rental. Rental in front had three cars park in the lot. Also the lock on door, code too long!

The location cannot be beat! I had a great time sitting out on the deck and relaxing. Walking to the shops, and the ocean.

The floor could use a good scrubbing

The location was fine, and the shower is killer (lots of hot water). For the price, this is a very small unit, though it does have a fridge in it.

It was a trick to get parked correctly in the very small parking spaces there, you better go in a small vehicle to not have any difficulties parking. The front window doesn't open (the bedroom window does), so you have to leave the front door open to get any cross breeze through the little unit. There was no desk to operate my laptop from, so had to use the footrest in front of the sofa, to which you will be bent over to operate, but it gets hard on your back doing this. Unit could use an air conditioning unit

Very comfortable. Nice little living room couch and TV area. Very comfy bed in a separate room. Very close to the main shopping street, walkable.

There is one space per unit, but parking is tight. Plenty of street parking for visitors.

Nothing

When I booked this property it states there is a fully functioning kitchen. The reviews over and over have complaints that the fireplace was broken. I called the property to confirm the kitchen and that the fireplace has been repaired. I was assured of both. We showed up with a full weekend’s worth of things to cook , and no kitchen and the fireplace was still not repaired with a big sign stating to not turn it on. That is not the worst thing. When we arrived there was an overwhelming sewage smell to the point that we had to open windows and go out to purchase a candle. The next morning the shower was not draining at all. A few hours later a plumbing business showed up and obnoxiously worked on the roof above us for several hours. We finally asked what was going on to be told that our units all share a main line that had over a foot of backed up septic in the main line. Gross!!! So that’s why our shower was backing up and the smell! Now let’s talk about the bed…Are you kidding me!?!? I can’t remember ever sleeping in a bed that’s awful. We even flipped the mattress to try to get some relief from the worn in dent of the center. Absolutely most awful experience ever. Would never return!

The fireplace was out of order.

Very small and quaint

Advertise that it has a coffee pot and it didn't. Took staff almost 24 hrs to resolve the issue. Fireplace didn't work. Heating was a portable heater. Parking was a nightmare!

Property was clean. Good location. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and whale viewing.

Described as "vacation home" but meal prep opportunities would be extremely limited with facilities provided. No table. I guess you eat on the couch. No AC. Too hot and stuffy to sleep well. Rather than "home", resembled well equiped hotel room MINUS AC, closet, laundry, maid service. Additional fees basically doubled cost. Reservation was non changeable and nonrefundable. Towel rod was falling off wall in bathroom.
