I cannot stress how homey the villa is. The 3BRs were super comfy and the layout of it was really aesthetic as well (loved the full length mirror lol). The bathrooms were spacious with complete set of essential toilettries such as shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. The open kitchen and living room in front of the pool could not be any more perfect. I loved how the kitchen had everything you needed so it made cooking a lot easier. We encountered 3 power outages during our first night that lasted about 5 mins, but it isn’t an issue at all lol Transportation: the airport transfers were seamless. the motorbike and car rentals were smooth. the private tour was chef’s kiss. Service: all of them were so nice and accomodating. they always reply fast and act immediately like when the master’s BR had a leak which was resolved in less than 10 mins because someome was sent to fix it right away. Location: the road leading to the villa is truly rough, but it’s manageable since the beach is already close enough once you get to the main road. there were a lot of cafes nearby too and it’s just a 15-20min motorcycle ride to Gen Luna. A little con: the mosquitoes. since the front of the pool has a little garden set up to it, the mosquitoes were quite prominent in the bathrooms since they would fly in the BRs when the doors were open. We had to buy mosquito coils to put in the dining area to make dining at night more comfortable.

It’s not a big concern for me, but a tv in the living room would be a nice touch as a form of entertainment.

The villa itself, swimming pool, staff and location is pretty near to GL.

The ROAD going to seaclub is appalling especially during the rainy season. All of the Resorts connected to the road should have at least funded and contributed each other to have a concrete pavement.

I really loved how it made us feel at home. And the staff was very helpful and efficient.

It was hard to access via walking, but fine with a car.

Beautiful style and décor with stunning surroundings

The hospitality could have been better. The room wasn’t ready and clean when we arrived nor properly checked on during our stay and the staff were very absent. The service didn’t match the price of the rooms and felt lacking in terms of hosting and making it a pleasant and comfortable stay

The horrible path leading to the property: numerous potholes and puddles such that vehicles driving you there really take a beating trying to navigate the route - and so with the passengers as well! I can’t see why measures can not be taken to improve it!

Beautiful, spacious property! Staff provided excellent prompt service requests: tricycle ride , tuk tuk rental with driver, in-room massage, personal 3-island tour, and airport transfers were seamless! They provided detailed information on local restaurants, groceries, and food delivery services which we used when it rained one night. Nika and Charm were super accommodating and fast to reply to our requests and questions! I wish we stayed longer!

The worst part of the property is the road it's on. It's as if you're riding on the moon's surface. Full of pot holes, crevices, and when it rains tons of puddles. It's unfortunate the local municipality will not take initiative to pave a simple road. NOT a deal breaker! The property certainly makes up for it!

La beauté du lieu, très esthétique et très cosy. Je me sentais comme à la maison, l’espace ouvert est incroyable et même en temps de pluie on y retrouve refuge. Toutefois si il y’a un peu de vent l’eau peut rentrer mais rien de méchant. Même si les villa sont collés car oui il n’y en a plusieurs, on ne sent pas qu’il y a d’autres gens avec nous. L’accueil et la réactivité du personnel est un +, ils sont très à l’écoute.

Siargao est en phase de développement, nous avons donc rencontré à plusieurs reprises des coupures de courants et des problèmes de wifi. L’internet est très instable, donc si c’est pour du loisirs ça peut aller mais si toutefois faut songer à travailler il faut oublier. Ils ont un générateur donc généralement lorsqu’il y a une coupure il se met automatiquement. Cependant la wifi ne se remet pas automatique alors on a du faire appel plusieurs fois au staff pour la relancer mais ils ont été très réactif.
