Situé dans le magnifique village de pêcheurs d'Alvor, l'appartement est parfaitement situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre du village et à 10 minutes de la belle plage de sable qui s'étend sur des kilomètres, mais également situé dans un joli complexe dans un endroit calme.
Un grand appartement de deux chambres bien équipé avec salle de bains attenante à chaque chambre. Le maître se compose d'un lit king-size confortable, tandis que la deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux. Un grand canapé-lit offre suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir six personnes, avec la climatisation dans le salon principal.
L'appartement est un duplex au premier et au deuxième étage, avec salon et deux chambres donnant sur la belle piscine, le village et une vue lointaine sur la mer.
Il y a aussi le wifi gratuit, une télévision à écran plat avec barre de son, Blu-ray, chaînes britanniques et une sélection de DVD si une nuit tranquille est à l'ordre du jour.
Il y a un total de quatre balcons, deux au premier étage avec accès depuis le salon-salle à manger et la cuisine, plus deux autres accessibles depuis les deux chambres plus une buanderie située au deuxième étage. Il y a aussi un vestiaire supplémentaire avec WC et lavabo à l'étage inférieur.
La cuisine est assez grande pour accueillir une table pour six personnes en plus de l'espace à l'extérieur pour les repas en plein air, donc y compris la salle à manger, de nombreuses options où manger. This appartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Sandra was a wonderful host and answered our messages quickly. It is close to a supermarket, beach and lots of restaurants. It was also very quiet at night. It has a beautiful pool and a parking space as well. Alvor is close to many other interesting towns. We rented a car for a week and were able to drive around and visited few other towns.We are definitely considering coming back to Portugal. Alvor is very pretty. Thank you Sandra for all your help and kindness!

We had a great holiday in Alvor for the first time. The accommodation was spacious, modern, well equipped and clean. The pool was large and surrounded by gardens and plenty of sun loungers. The accommodation was no more than a 5 minute stroll into town for plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach was 15 mins walk, but down hill on the way and happy to stop for a cold drink or ice cream on the way back. Sandra was lovely and a great communicator. A folder with all you needed to know was left for guests to use. Fantastic ❤️

This was our 3rd visit to Alvor and 1st time at this apartment. Apartment was lovely and had everything that we needed to have a fantastic holiday, can't praise the quality of this apartment high enough and simply can't wait to visit again. Such a lovely and relaxing pool area and very child friendly, couple of mins walk to the main bars and restaurants, perfect place to stay

From booking through to leaving the apartment Sandra was prompt and helpful with our stay. We always stay in this apartment block when we visit Alvor and Sandra's apartment was the best yet. Spacious, clean and well furnished. Our family couldn't fault it. Alvor itself is a fabulous place to visit. Don't hesitate booking.

Fab apartment in great location
Just back from a lovely week in Alvor. Apartment was great. Very clean, well equipped, quiet complex. We never struggled to find loungers around the pool and pool was never very busy. Sandra was amazing, super helpful and always replied to any questions or queries quickly. Would definitely recommend

Alvor apartment
Owner/host could not have been more accommodating given the Covid pandemic. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and within close proximity to the village. Pool area was clean, tidy and spacious.

Helle Wohnung, teilweise mit Meerblick
Wir haben in dieser Anlage schon öfter eine Wohnung gemietet.
Da unsere Stammwohnung diesmal von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wurde, sind wir auf diese Wohnung ausgewichen.
Wir haben es nicht bereut. Alles picobello sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Zukünftig werden wir wahrscheinlich wieder diese Wohnung nehmen, wenn sie frei ist.
Man hat vom Schlafzimmer sogar Meerblick.
Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich.

Fabulous stay
Can’t say enough good things about our stay in Alvor. Sandra and Dan were super. Sandra gave us a walking tour of the village the day after our arrival The condo is large, bright, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and a short walk away from the town and grocery store The complex is very lovely and well maintained. Best of all was how quickly Sandra and Dan responded to our requests. They were always available, courteous and made us feel like family. We couldn’t have asked for better landlords. We highly recommend this condo. It is absolutely perfect!

We had a brilliant family holiday in this lovely apartment. The location is great - Close to shops, the town centre (with its excellent restaurants) and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment complex has a great pool which wasn’t too crowded even in August and our children loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had a warm welcome from Stef and Mick who were so helpful. We hope to return!

Superb apartment
The apartment in Alvor was very clean and perfectly situated close to the town where there are many beautiful restaurants. The pool is wonderful with plenty of space and sun loungers. The supermarket being very close by was great and has everything you need. We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped and spacious apartment making a great family holiday.

Perfect holiday apartment
This apartment and location suited us as a family of five perfectly. Great accommodation and pool area and ideal location for town and supermarket. A walk to beach and no car required for our 12 night stay. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

This gem of a property has everything you need. Clean and comfortable, great beds and comfy sitting area. Everything you'd need from a kitchen a d multiple balconies. We absolutely loved it
A ten minute walk to the centre and 15 minutes from thd beach. Steph a d Mi k were the perfect hosts and were on hand to help us during our holiday. Also speedy responses from Sandra, the owner when we gas s y questions. You'll be well looked after. Great property and great customer service.

Great location in Alvor
This apartment is handily located, with the town center, the beach and supermarket all within an short walk. The apartment was clean and tidy and finished to a high standard. the pool was clean and considering it was the middle of August there was always space around the pool. Would recommend it and would book again for myself if ever in Alvor.
