Exactly as presented! Great location!

We rented a golf cart, and it was perfect for how close we were to the beach and all the restaurants. The house is very tidy and we loved the porches to sit and drink coffee on. Recommend for families or couples!

Roomy with balconies

lots of stairs which makes it hard for elderly or handicapped to access.

It was very nice! Communication was quick and amazing. Had plenty of kitchen items for us to be able to cook. Even Salt, Pepper, spices!! Plenty of space for all of us. Love having enough seating for everyone to eat. The porches were great and had plenty of seating. With the layout no guests were underneath us so when the grandkids were active we didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone. Walking distance to the beach so we didn’t have to drive and pay to park. Enough parking for our family at the house. Washer and dryer were super nice. Outdoor shower was very handy.

Needed a few more towels- we brought some of our own luckily. Needed sheets for the futon. There was only 1 trash bag. Several of the dishes were dirty- but we washed them. A few bathroom light bulbs went out. Plastic dining chairs are cracked/cracking. More comfy seating in the living room would be great.

the property was located at a perfect distance from the beach! it was a clean and very comfortable house. We enjoyed our stay very much. thank you

the price seemed high for a 2-day stay and I’d prefer an early check-in/later check-out option. but overall fantastic!
