Nothing... I Fail to understand how booking.com gave them a 3 star!!! cheap motel with stuck room key, broken locks (even washrooms) broken toilet. Went with a thought that will have the basic toiletries but that also had to be asked for.

for a 3 star, they should have a restaurant of there own. The inclusive breakfast you can chose from 2-3 items, that will come packed from where god knows. Clumsy beds. nothing to be more than a Cheap motel

The boys cleaners were good and helpful. The manager and the owner very rude.They doesn’t have a smile on their face. If u are using the same lift with them they will let the lift close on u. They don’t greet u.

Lift not working and we have to use stair.

Food is very good . Staff is very courteous is very cooperative and nice in services. The buffet is very nice in terms of quality and the Location is very nice for the hotel. Keep it up .

We went with friends and it was perfect outing. The Hotel is very nicely decorated and kept clean and tidy. The helpers make yummy food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For lunch we decided to go to a nearby restaurant but the restaurant was full and we could not get a table. After coming from there we asked the helper if she can make lunch for us, it was almost 2 o clock but she accomodated our request and made us all yummy lunch in an hour with smiling face. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and available.

Clean, good wifi, rooms much nicer than pictured, spotless, nice lighting.. and absolutely lovely staff. its tiny, above shops in chawl... fresh chai across the street with good company, and close to Linking Rd, SV Road, Mini Punjabs ... stayed for four days and would go back
