I chose it for its location. Excellent.
The staff doesn't carry the 'service' attitude. They behave like some office babus only. When requested for gift wrapping of an item they flatly denied. Stationery shop is only 100 meters away , they could have gotten it done for a guest. I was running out of time and had some other errands to do , so I requested to get a brown paper at least. 'Can't be done ' was their answer.

Quite probably the best hotel in Sambalpur. At a walking distance from the main train station. New and clean with all modcons. Very attentive and kind service. They extended my check out till the afternoon at no extra cost, even though I was ready to pay. Good soundproofing.

Everything was liked by us.
The rooms had mosquitoes as well. Mosquitoe menace needed to be controlled.

Cleanliness, staff behavior and food taste is also too good and more over this property is just few meters from Station
Bathroom Curtain was not there and for this Toilet floor was wet

Didnt had breakfast...Was taking time so I checked out

Check in process and service where good .
Firstly hot water & cold water slow falling issue on the bathroom
Then when I went to Resturent and while holding the plates in hand they told me your break fast is extra which will cost 350/ per head, which is disappointing
There after when we shown our booking details which clearly says Break Fast is included, Receptist says in there confirmation BF is not mentioned, ultimately customer will get disappointed in the first visit itself
However Receptist make it corrected the issue by discussing with GM
Peoples must be well trained and improvement required on guest dealings
