We didn't get room as shown on website. Room was not cleaned. Very small amount. High charges. No wifi. Wifi didn't work

They denied the booking because it was made online. They asked me to repay the whole amount again to the desk. After arguments they said you’ll alteast have to give us 800rs extra.
Bad staff. Denied checkin. Payment made online.

We couldn’t stayed there due to mis behave of staff we immediate change the hotel and they have my original I’d which not return to me need extended supper from booking.com

nothing to like about this hotel
location is not good. Hospitality is not good. No balconies in a room and I booked 2 rooms but they gave us only one room, after request they provide us another room which was worst. They didn’t pick my call for location, we all were roaming at the mall road, by the help of google map we reached at the hotel. Behaviour of honour was not good.

Very poor hotel Infact it is not hotel it is guest house not good for any couple it is good for unmarrieds

Breakfast was not available,we had to go outside for breakfast , although hotel was near to Market
Bed sheet was not clean ,No towel, blanket cover and pillow cover was dirty,no dust bin was there to collect minor waste materials ,TV was working but remote was damage,so all of my family could not watch TV during free time.

Hot water facility is given thankfully
Room heater not provided. While booking I opted for a deluxe stay and day 1 we were given a nasty room which is untidy. Bed is not good. All the facilities mentioned are not given as well. So I suggest you to take other hotels.
