The basin in bathroom was blocked and toilet/water noise was annoying at times.

Location was handy to town

Size of place was small not suitable for more than 2 people More like an onsite VAN definitely not Penthouse as advertised. Pool was dirty. It states beachfront but you have to cross railway line out the back. Over priced for what it is.

location. easy access to the beach and short distance to the heart of Byron. very private.

I dislike the noise every time you flush the toilet. sounds like there’s some plumbing issues at the property.

Amazing place. Great amenities. The location can not be beaten. Short little sandy track to the beach and the town Centre is just a short stroll. We will be back highly recommended. And the out door bath was superb.

Great modern place next to the beach

Great Location. Easy access to the best beach in Byron and town centre. We walked everywhere. Room was clean and comfortable. Could not Fault the stay. Thank you.

The lighting around the property

Location, was an easy walk to everywhere including beautiful beaches. The wife loved the outdoor bath!

The light from the carport coming thru bedroom window each time another guest arrived or left. A block out blind on the outside would fix that

The pool was nice. And it was good that there was under cover car parking.

The apartment was not very clean, the fan had thick dust on it, there was hair in the shower and outside had mould built up on the tiles which was slippery. The lockbox didn’t actually lock so we couldn’t securely leave the keys in them. It’s hardly a beach front apartment, our room was literally 8 m from a train track that ran 6-8 times every hour, then a bush filled with squatters and then the beach. The kitchen facilities we not great and the toaster had build up of old crumbs and dust in it. We won’t be coming back at the price we had to pay for 5 nights.

Unable to contact the property. Tried to call for days out due to the recent rains and closed airport and we wanted reassurance we could get into the town. We tried to work with the venue as there was mass flooding in the area and they would not call us to discuss the impacts and would not work with reallocating a new time. I called their contact details and emailed with no luck. Their internet was not working at all. The pool was dirty so I out the cleaner in the pool. There is no access to the beach as stated. Once you walk to the point you actually can't enter the beach. It is unsafe and shouldn't be advertised as beach access.

The pool and surrounding areas were not cleaned the whole week.
