The room was clean and the staff were so lovely when we saw them. The location is a short walk from town and there is a Tesco across the road
I was aware of the shared facilities however the kitchen and bathroom were dirty and not the nicest

There wasn't any breakfast.
We about 12 guests sharing one tiny bathroom, rooms were so unkept with dirty rugs being laid as carpet. We sent email requesting for change of bedding and towels on the 4th night because we were spending 7 nights but no response. No cleaning was done in our rooms throughout. We also run out of toiletries since the facility only provided about 4 rolls of toilet paper throughout our stay and it was to serve all guests booked in the flat.

Nothing.
Dirty, smelly place. Doors didn't lock so people knocked the door all through the night looking for drugs. Tried to speak to host it was absolutely useless. Second night guest went back the keylock had been changed leaving him unable to get his key or gain access into the property. Paid for 2 weeks stayed for a matter of hours.

The bed was comfortable
The room was very small and there were shared bathrooms which is understandable however not the best considering we spent £87 for one night.

Central location.
I have stayed here many times, but now the shared flats are being let to asylum seekers. Regular guests are being placed alongside asylum seekers. The cleaning staff change beds for new guests, but have pretty much given up any hope of keeping the shared areas clean. The shower is full of dirt and mould because there are too mamy people using a very small inadaquately ventilated room. Also, there is washing hanging up. You cannot access the kitchen because the asylum seekers wish to keep this room to themselves. The use of this room has of course been included in the price paid by guests. All walls are very dirty including the bedroom stayed in. Very noisy and children present. There are teenagers hanging around the corridors outside the flat I stayed in. They have learned the code to get into the building and loiter about. A request was made by one of them to use the toilet inside the flat. An utterly terrible experience!

Location was good, ease of entry also good
Very basic room. Didn't appreciate getting woken up at 4am by very noisy neighbours banging on my door.

I didn’t realize it was a hostel was meant to be a hotel that I organised but you guys cancelled and suggested this and didn’t know.
I had some women banging on my door saying it was 5am and have respect just as I turned up and it was 5pm. felt unwelcome.

Didn't like it at all. so didn't stay there.. waiting for a refund.. had booked a room for 4 but they double booked spent ages trying to call and talk to someone but didn't have a PIN number so couldn't call. was told to message -they said they'd booked a different room for us with one small double bed for 4 of us.. ended up spending over £20 to get my kids to another hote which cost £170 then get a cab back to the centre for work.. very cross
bad administration
