El propietario no te contesta. Me contestó porque la tarjeta de crédito no funcionaba y necesitaba otra. Luego jamas. Le pregunté en varias ocasiones si podía contratar el late chek out y hasta que hora sería. Nunca lo supe. El check out es a las 10 y nuestro vuelo a Madrid a las 21. Finalmente, tuvimos que reservar un hotel cerca de San Juan para pasar el día.

Nice space, laundry facilities were much appreciated.

There was moisture dripping on some walls and there was an issue with the a/c unit. They called a technician to come the next day which was unfortunately too late as we were only staying one night. Lots of animals around making noise at night, dogs and roosters especially.

Price is cheaper

Super noisy, there is no soundproofing effectiveness at all. The dog never stop barking, you can hear everything, people talking, yelling, car door shut, etc.
