The man in charge was efficient, helpful and always available. The beach is within five minutes' walk and there's a choice of places to eat very close by.

Narrow bed with old-fashioned sheet and blankets. Cold-water tap delivers hot, war, or (at best) lukewarm water. Very dodgy wifi.

We had a nice spacious room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included. The service was great.

The most frendliest hotel staff we have ever had (Andrea is an amazingly kind guy, but also the rest of the team was very helpful!), very clean hotel, great private parking space for our car and a good breakfast. Also a perfect location for a hotel with not even an one-hour-drive to Pisa or the Cinque Terre.

The only two things that made it a little uncomfortable where: 1. We had a room facing the street. The balcony door wasn't the newest, so every night we heard the motorbikers speed up and down the street and in the mornings the sweeper cleaning the street woke us up at 6am. 2. Our double bed had two single mattresses, which kept sliding apart from each other. This caused a gap in the middle of the bed. -> Having new balcony doors set and fixing the mattress problem could make the stay perfect.
