I love everything here, nice deco , cozy feels like home🥰❤️... thanks owner 😊 it's really awesome and nice guest house for us, like this so much❤️❤️❤️, if I go Ipoh again, must choose this guest house definitely 😀 highly recommended.

All the facilities & furniture are good
no mirror and the tv do not have basic local station tv channel which need open smart tv set or connect through my handphone. Wi-Fi line not okay slow

everything is excellent except for the waterpark that can use for only one hour. otherwise the guard will stare at you and follow everywhere in the pool. haha.

Clean room and comfy bed! location wise is a little bit far from town, about 15-20 mins drive. However, it's much more quiet compare to other Airbnb in town centre, wouldn't mind travel bit far since we have car. The scenery from the balcony is fantastic!
just one pass card for a house that can stay up to 6 adults... we expected there will be 2 cards so it's easier for us to move around. Expect limited visitor parking if you drive more than one car.

security guard is a little strict which means they do their work well la basically. for visitors cars first come first served basis.

As usual, waterpark or swimming pool is full with security personnel, executing instructions from condominiums' management.
Little suggestion, to install ventilation fan in the bathroom / washroom.

I love the house..its so simple,clean and beautiful.Fully furnished with wifi,hair dryer,washing machine,kitchen appliances,,fridge,water dispenser everthing all u need when you stay anywhere!!
Nothing.Actually just the balcony..its not safe for the kids to be at the balcony because of the balcony glass is too lower.so parent need to be extra alert.

Good location, within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores, parking slot is just in front of lobby, unit with water dispenser which is very convenient to have hot water

It was a very pleasant stay. The unit was excellent. Ms Evon was so prompt in answering all my questions. I like how the unit was furnished. So bright and clean. I will definitely come again.
Pool was closed at 730pm instead 9pm without prior notice. Me and my kids went down for swimming at 745pm, not knowing the management decided to close for maintenance purposes. I'm disappointed on that part. We had to check out the next morning, which resulted in not enjoying the pool.
