One of the few budget hotels in Surajpur. Location is fine. There are half a dozen eateries and restaurants in walkable distance. Good to get rickshaws in regular routes.

Cleanliness. They might have cleaned a part of the floor. But hard to reach areas of the floor, corners of the wall and roof haven't been cleaned for ages. Used paper cups, burner cigerette filters and a lot of other waste were visible in the far corners on the floor. There were spider nets here and there. It was the start of the winter and the geyser wasn't working. I stayed for two days. They didn't have any alternative arrangement for hot water in the first morning. They provided a immersion heating coil on the second day.

Absolutely nothing

First, my pack consist of AC room, upon reaching they say my room is non AC and i paid extra money for AC room. To my surprise AC and fan both were dysfunctional. They said it's gonna get fixed in couple of minutes but it stays damaged the entire night. Second, bed sheet pillow cover and blanket was super dirty and stinky. I had to ask to replace bed sheet and pillow cover Third, room and washroom was untidy Bottom line i didn't sleep a minute the entire night, reasons mentioned above
