Very friendly staff and having the shuttle service included from the airport was brilliant. They were very happy to take us back to the airport at 4am the next morning too for our flight to Flores.
Great location close to the airport.
Gated property so it felt very safe.
I was in a room located up a metal staircase out the back and there wasn't a light so arriving in the dark and leaving in the dark was tricky with my big backpack!

Very very basic. No butter on toast. No salt and pepper. No ketchup. No knife when she brought the butter I asked for.
A welcoming atmosphere and a pickup at airport as promised. I had to find a kind señorita who called them for me. They then arrived within a few minutes. Never again

The staff was very nice, the facility was very clean. it was in a gated neighborhood. We felt very safe in the middle of Guatemala City. And it was so convenient to have a close to the airport.

the location is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean. it’s also located in a residential neighborhood with private security entrance and transport to and from the airport is included at all times.
the internet service was slightly lacking, that could be improved.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated that they held our extra luggage for 4 days while we went to Tekal.
Could have used larger or more towels.

Byron the anfitrion was very gracious and helpful. When I got lost in the city he came out to find me in a car. Also he took me to the airport at an unreasonably early hour of the morning (1:30).

Staff was friendly and polite and helpful. This was close to the airport. It was convenient but there are no restaurants close. The staff did order take out food for me. This is not a hotel, need to remember it is a budget Hostal. It had all the basics but no extras.
There was hair in my bathroom shower and the shower water faucet handles didn't work well. The beds were not real comfortable and the window wouldn't open.

Paulinus collected me from the airport and was very friendly and welcoming. He was also very helpful in organizing my shuttle to Antigua. I will be staying here again at the end of my trip, on the way back to the airport.

Very nice place, clean, with a very helpful and friendly owner. We arrived around 11pm and was greeted with smiles and kindness.
