Das Hotel hat hervorragendes Personal, und einer sehr guten und aufmerksame Führung. Das Essen ist sehr gut und optisch immer schön angerichtet. Frühstück sehr gut. Der SPA ist sensationell! Grosser Pool, einfach nur schön. Das Hotel liegt an einer Strasse zum Furka, da der Fukapass gesperrt war störte dies nicht, es war sehr Ruhig.

Breakfast and dinner were super. Excellent variety in breakfast and dinner was superior. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Nice view from the infinity pool.

The Delux suite was a big disappointment in term of view; this spoiled my stay to some extent. I booked the suite 2 months in advance and I was so enthusiastic and had expected a fabulous mountain view but when I got the room I found a depressing noisy street view with small hill with some guest houses in front of my balcony. The panorama sauna has recently been modified and half of the view was spoiled by a barrier built in front of it.

The food was absolutely amazing every night and breakfast in the mornings was so fresh and a huge variety. All staff were so friendly and location to the ski field was great. Spa and wellness was perfect for after a long day of skiing.

The Wellness area and the dinner were great. I had the feeling due to covid the hotel was a bit understaffed but the available people did the best they can.

There was no Jacuzzi as in the description.

Really nice spa area good location

We felt rushed through our dinner although the food was really nice At breakfast we arrived at 9.15 and they had run out of quite a few things. No fresh juice which you would expect in a 4 star superior hotel The sauna was switched off at 6.30pm although officially it should have been open until 7pm
