Close to downtown but steep hills meant it wasn't walkable.
Unable to connect tv to internet to stream Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc.
Inadequate lighting on access stairs.
Interior looking tired and shabby ... in need of freshening up to paint and living room carpet.
No welcome folder with local details or tv streaming set up

Great house and location
Light switches were a bit funky- we finally figured out they were some form of 3 way switches. In one bedroom the light was on all night because we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off.
