The photos are nothing like the website- rather google Costa Rica- which is a building next to the hotel. The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or arrange taxis.

1. Pintu bilik (912) boleh dibuka dari luar tanpa menggunakan kad acces. Sesiapa sahaja boleh masuk ke bilik ketika anda sedang tidur, tentu macam² perkara buruk boleh berlaku. Jika keluar bersiar² diluar ada orang tidak dikenali masuk ke bilik anda dan apa akan berlaku kepada barang² peribadi dan berharga anda?
2. Pili sinki tidak ada air.
3. Penyaman udara tidak berfungsi dengan baik.
4. Aduan untuk dapatkan maintenance tidak dilayan dan tidak diuruskan dengan kadar segera

Nice seaview from the balcony. Good and nice breakfast. A good comfortable pillow.
Eye sore view from the balcony (on the left side the abandoned apartment, looks scary). A bit hard and stiff mattresses. Aircond are not functioning well. On and off, warm and cold.

the hotel is very far from town, there is a construction building near the beach, the beach water are muddy, we have to wait around 10 minutes before we can enjoy the breakfast.

The hotel is so rundown. Non of the service is working. Phone system totally out cannot call room service and had to personally up and down a few times to get things rights. And it is only for 1 night stay.

Aircond slow. Pricey a bit compared to the not so well maintained roo.

1. Had to change the room because the bathroom is leaking.
2. 2nd room we changed lock problem, aircond problem, shower head loose,waterleaking in bathroom again.
3. They closed room service and restaurant ala carte orders because they had function. We had to buy dinner through GRAB! Because the location is in remote area.
4. Did not provide an extra bed or pillow.
5. Their seaview is a port for large ship.
6. Their private beach is extremely dirty and full of oil from the ship that was parked. Very misleading beachview statement.

The place is really terrible. When searching the place it is very beautiful the photos you put there seems real. When reaching the place, OH EM GIE! So terrible the place. Cannot even swim as the seaview is very dirty near oil plantation. Very disappointing.
