3 things 1. The instructions sent by Ginette were clear, it was easy to collect the keys and get into the apartment, after a long journey. 2. The apartment exceeded my expectations, everything was beautifully set up, comfortable beds, good wifi, well appointed kitchen and there was even a laundry room within the apartment. 3. The location is great if you are flying in or out of San Jose, the airport and car rentals are super close by (5 min)

The only small thing I would point out is the wash basin in the bathroom is tiny. Really everything else is amazing.

The apartment in general was beautiful. I Love the decorations and the design and it was very clean.

The bed was hard and kind of small and the pillows felt like rocks very uncomfortable, beside that the apartment was nice.

We arrived at dark and it was difficult to find the location of the building as there was not much of a detailed description about what it looked like and the gps on the map wasn't exact.

It’s a beautiful apartment which has everything you need.

Keep the stairs in mind if you arrive late at night. If you're a girl and you have a heavy suitcase. I couldn't get mine up the stairs to the apartment. I had to leave it at the bottom of the stairs until morning)

Shower was quite cold and the pillows too hard.

We loved it here! It is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need right there. We had to get an early flight the next morning and the location is perfect for that. We were also very happy with the washing machine, so we could leave with some clean clothes :). The shower was nice and warm. The beds comfortable. And the check in and out were very clear.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and there was parking. The host was very helpful, I would stay here again.

Excellent accommodations, the apartment was well supplied for our stay. We grabbed some tortillas and beans at the nearby mini-super and had a great time resting before our flight. Fantastic internet made it easy to prepare for our trip.

Sometimes the passing planes are loud, but it didn't bother us. First taxi driver from the airport wanted to charge us 10000 colones for the 5 minute drive because of "traffic." We walked out front and grabbed an Uber for 2000.

I liked everything. Location-is quit and safe. Apartment is clean, comfortable. The host was so cute,kind and attentive
