Extérieur bien entretenu. Quelques bons restaurants à proximité. 10 mn en voiture du Parc Manuel Antonio, 15mn de la Marina.

Globalement déçus de l'hôtel. Nous ne sommes pas des clients exigeants mais étant donné les tarifs que proposent cet hôtel, on pourrait s'attendre à mieux. Nous avons parcourus de nombreux hôtels durant notre séjour au Costa Rica avec un accueil bienveillant et agréable, celui-ci est le pire de tous. Dès notre arrivée le directeur nous a mal parlé, insistant et agressif. Il est la sans cesse entrain de surveiller les employés, à mal leur parler. Il dit bonjour uniquement a certains clients de l'hôtel. Le personnel n'est malheureusement pas très coopératif et souriant (mais au vu de leur environnement de travail cela peut se comprendre). Le petit déjeuner est mal organisé, pas très copieux. Encore une fois nous avons l'impression qu'ils veulent tout contrôler. Chambre qui mériterait un coup de rénovation.

Everything was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to all the shops and main beaches. Erick gives the best recommendations, he's an excellent person.

Excellent, I loved the staff's treatment. The green areas are well-maintained and we enjoyed the pool a lot.

I really liked the pool, the temperature is very pleasant, the gardens are also well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is not very big, but it has charm.

Room was small ant outdated. Wifi was very bad. Overpriced for the quality you get.

The desk staff was helpful in calling us taxis when needed. The location was perfect. Close to everything.

I expected the room to be cleaner. There was a lizard in our room the first night which freaked my girlfriend out... it squeaked in through a Crack in the window pane. I scared it back outside and stuffed a towl in the crack to secure the room from the unwanted visitor.Also, the shower was dismal. I'd turn it on and the water was brown initially. Needless to say, we never used it. Not to mention, mold in the bathroom and a stale smell. Just not the standard that we are used to. The walls also looked very dirty with past water damage visible... this could have just been our room, ask to see the rooms before you stay is my advice. Seems like it used to be a cute little hotel that's way past its prime. This was the best we could do booking last minute and within our budget in the popular manuel antonio area. My advice would be to spend more and look elsewhere if you are planning on an extended stay in the area. Luckily for us, we only had to bare the room for two sleeps.

Staff and rooms were excellent. I will stay there again when I come back.
