The host was ready for us when we arrived and gave us our door code. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and freshly stocked with everything I needed for a shower. The rooms were nice and clean each had their own air conditioner, fridge, and tv. The location was about 45 minutes from the Hamptons and about an hour and 15 minutes from the city which isnt far at all especially when you consider the price for this cozy little gem. Just LEAVE EARLY or you will hit traffic. I was really impressed with my stay...the host respected our privacy but was still considerate of anything we could need which she explained for us clearly. I will be staying here every 6 months or so to visit my family & friends. I hope the host was happy with how we left the place...I am happy for her & hope she has a successful future with her business.

The a/c was a little loud but its a nice unit and thats not the hosts fault that its hot outside...lol. the room was cool and i slept like a baby.
