Cancelled at the last minute -very inconvenient and unwanted hassle finding alternate accommodation

Location was good.
There was blood stains and hair on sheets and pillow cases. Also there was no heat in back bedroom. Also only 1 drinking glass and 1 teaspoon. I complained but got a pre-written response. .

the apt wasn't numbered clearly and didn't get an answer about a late check out past 10am- when we had just been stuck in a snowstorm all weekend.

Cute and charming 2 bed condo right in downtown Ludlow. Walked to all the restaurants. Pretty setting in the river. Pull out couch is comfortable.
Back bedroom floors are cold, bring slippers! A bit noisy in back bedroom at night as it faces the street.
