Horrible facilities, I've been traveling everywhere, but this is the worst hotel i ever stayed. The shower tab was broken, the toilet spray was broken. They has 2 toilet, both of them can't be used. We called and reported it, they came at 10 pm, and they can't fix it. All of my family can't used the toilet. I was order 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 1 double bed and 2 double bed. Buuuutt, they gave us 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 double bed and 1 double bed. Even its near to klcc, but it's worthlessness. This hotel is not recomended.

Sink water tap was not working properly. There was no handle for the health fossit in the bathrooms. There were cockroaches in the room. Gave a complaint but nobody turned up.

the location is the best of it's kind and a peaceful location with a view.

The bed was super hard and it as uncomfortable sleeping on it. I can literally feel the metal springs. Same goes for the sofa in the hall. The toilets were not well maintained and I feel the experience can be way better. toiletries were incomplete.

说好3点拿钥匙 到了地点 客服跟员工还没到 要一大群客户等了20分钟左右 拿了钥匙 去了房间 房间完全没有打扫 上一个客户留下的垃圾 全都是 跟客服说了 来打扫了 打扫的员工穿着拖鞋在你房间走进走出 要跟他们说了 他们才会脱鞋 晚上10点回来冲凉。整个公寓没水 说是水阀坏了 要等1到2小时。有水的时候已经是晚上11点多了 早上起来厕所的花晒爆了水管 都还没来得及冲凉 就匆忙的收拾东西了 打了电话跟他们员工说要退房间 现在下着楼了 过了10分钟 员工还没出现 再打电话 员工才说现在来着了 退个房间我还要等员工15分钟左右 员工的态度还是要做不做的那种

Generally clean. we stayed there for about 10 hours as a transit, so I wasn't particular but had spent half an hour looking for defects to send the pictures over. Convenient location to KLCC which is a 5 minute walk away. Didn't explore the area much.

Told me that I would obtain instructions after 12pm. Enquired at 12.30pm how was I suppose to check in. No response. Asked again at 4.30pm. No response. Finally sent me at 9.30pm while I was driving and could not read the messages. When I arrived, I read the message and was asked to contact another contact number 15 minutes before I arrived. Seriously? Sent the message last minute and expect me to read while driving? Would have helped to inform me earlier. So we waited an additional 20 minutes for the person to pass the keys to me. Both taps in the toilets were shaky. I hold to hold the shaky tap with my left hand firmly and turn on with the other hand. Obviously, these loose occurences did not happen only recently. I suppose they are not really bothered about providing a pleasant experience for the guests. Several items were spoilt or missing so I had to take photos because they had kept RM200 deposit and could have blamed me for the faults when I checked out. There are charges for parking. Understood, but I still don't like that hidden cost when several other apartments are free.
