The hosts were very accommodating, and all requests were smooth with quick feedback. No major issues and the initial host showed us around the facilities and walked us through the area and accessibility of certain areas (eg if anything was off limits). Very helpful, polite and professional throughout
Overall I am a happy lodger. I do think parking facilities can be outlined for the nearest areas or alternatives if there are no spaces left. However, still able to work around easily and had a great stay.

Limited parking at property. All very clean and comfortable - very good value. Easy drive to airport the next day.

Great location, just a 5 min walk from everything. Liked that the driveway was available for parking. Appreciated that the host put the heating on in the evening and morning!
Bedframe was dusty, there's a lot of stains on the walls/skirting boards and it smelt unpleasant. Walls very thin so can hear everything from the shared bathroom. Guests in the room next to mine were very inconsiderate of general manners and hygiene as well as safety (continued to leave the front door unlocked). Although I know this isn't the hosts fault at all, it made the overall stay a disappointing one.

great location and central to many local shops, restaurants and pretty much everything! it was also super clean and Monica was a fab host always checking in to see if we needed anything!!

It was very clean and comfortable. Good price and location. Parking outside the house. Very friendly owner!!! He brought paracetamol for my sore husband!! Late checkout possible. Access to full kitchen! We will come back for sure!!!

Modern well equipped shared kitchen. Handy to buses and plenty of restaurants. Modern, practical. Plenty of clothes storage and a work station in room. Early checkout possible and free.
Not a dislike, but make sure you have your mobile with you. You are likely to have to phone the property to let you in.

Clean with well maintained facilities. The bed linen and towels were obviously freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless.
The location was really conveniently located with shops nearby and only a short driving distance from the NEC. The hosts were easy to contact and very welcoming.
Sound travelled a lot, felt like we had to be very quiet even though it wasn't very busy. The shared bathroom was quite small and I couldn't imagine sharing it with up to 4 other rooms. The duvet was slightly too warm for the weather but I appreciate that it's very difficult to predict British weather!
