Location was great- really easy to get everywhere walking.
Hot water was VERY hot!
It was not clean- the sheets were stained, had holes in them and generally looked very old.
There were bad smells whenever we turned on the shower.
The temple opposite has load music at all times of night- if you are the front of the hotel it will wake you up.

I liked the accommodation generally, it was in an easy spot for getting around everywhere in Udaipur that we wanted, and some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good size & opposite temple. Night time staff was lovely/kind.
Our reception was fairly terrible, we arrived 2 hours after check in, tired after train & keen to shower. Our room wasn’t ready, because of a wedding at the hotel & we would need to wait at least another hour for the key. Little apology from staff & yes we were given a small upgrade, but our original room should have been ready upon arrival, not other guests prioritised.

This hotel is in a very good location. The city palace and all the places are near and walking distance. Terrance's view is amazing as it is the only hotel which has a view of Jagdish temple

I genuinely writing this review that the hotel and location is perfect, every tourist spot is walkable. I hope this level will be maintained till I came back to udaipur for a business meeting.

The room was clean and the staff was humble. The interior was amazing. And at last I loved the food & view of the temple.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained with decorated Walls , I love the arrangement too for maintaining the light in the room .
Location is perfect and near to Jagdish Mandir which is a boon .
The roof top restaurant was scenic , food was pure veg and tasty with affordable prices.
Staff was cooperative and polite , will visit again for sure.

Very clean and beautifully decorated place with a wonderful rooftop where you’ll eat breakfast. Our room was large and beautiful with a great view of the temple. It is so central but quiet enough to relax a bit. Yummy prefix breakfast.
The towels were dirty or appeared so at least (this is something we ran into all over India… very strange that no one uses bleach?) They won’t accept card which was a bit inconvenient and unexpected. Otherwise a pretty great stay and good value for money.

We stayed in the palace for one night and really loved the hotel because the location of the property is very pleasant as most of the tourist attractions are walkable and the hotel is situated in the heart of udaipur, opposite the famous temple. The staff is very helpful from the beginning and their restaurant serves pure vegetarian food and I must insist everyone to try their Rajasthani cuisine.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location is good but the staff and cleanliness is very poor.
Totally disappointed the staff was so rude and the hotel was not value for money.
