Clean and spacious. Really convenient to have 2 full bathrooms. Tudor was very helpful throughout. He brought us fans when requested as it was quite hot in the apartment. Most toiletries were available.

Beds were small, I’d often wake myself up when about to turn sides. Even though they are single beds, they are on the smaller side. The mattresses were also very soft, which is not to my preference. Would be good to have a double bed in the property. There also isn’t a lift available which got difficult carrying suitcases but of course that’s nothing to do with the apartment/service. Being on the third floor it also got very hot, but we did happen to stay during the hottest weekend of the year.

I enjoyed my stay In Hatfield and the hosts were so friendly and my questions were answered extremely quick. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet, clean and well equipped. Will definitely come again!

I was away on a business trip and the location and standard of the property is amazing! Communication with the hosts extremely easy and very accommodating! Definitely will come again! Highly recommend!
