Ideally positioned in Newtown Abbot to move around Devon. Plenty of amenities close by Easy to find, quiet, and very well appointed. We had a car, not sure how you might fare on public transport.

could do with a larger fridge freezer as the ice box in the single fridge is not big enough for a family of 4

The facilities were clean, tidy and the layout etc of the property suited us well.

The shower was temperamental and was either very hot or very cold and was not powerful.

Everything was super clean and very modern. Great thought and care has been put into the place. Excellent pillows!!

It was a little tricky to find

We needed to stay new the centre of Newton Abbot as my husband was having eye surgery. The apartment was a 5 minute drive from the town so easy access to the clinic, supermarket etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Our host was amazing and really accommodating with some last minute changes we needed to make.

Spacious enough for more than one Facilities to cook with already some ingredients stocked.

Beds are not comfortables. Medium amount of light.

A very clean apartment with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. We liked the Christmas decorations and felt this was a thoughtful touch! Self check in was really easy and allowed us to be flexible.

Unfortunately the shower was pretty terrible! The water pressure was poor and it jumped between freezing and scalding- impossible to use. We didn’t contact the host about this as we used the shower in the morning and needed to get out! It was also a little strange that only patio keys were provided- no front door key. We didn’t want to dirty the carpet coming in after the rain! The thermostat was set to a boiling 22 degrees and was on a timer so we couldn’t adjust it.
