That it was by the River with beautiful views. It worked great for a family. Nice living space. Had a cozy feeling.

Always away from the nearest town. Didn’t have places to eat around. Had to travel to get groceries. The one bedroom didn’t look like the sheets got washed. There was lady’s hair all over the bed. The bathroom had hair on the inside shower curtain and on the tub. The shower liner was dirty could have been replaced. Couldn’t get the garage to open. Couldn’t use the breeze way. Mattresses in each room was hard.

Wonderful location on the Colorado River, clean modern home, well appointed and reasonably convenient to the area we wanted to be located.
