- It was clean, just some gnats but that’s out of their control.
- the place was accurately described and the pictures were exactly how it looked in person.
- The kitchen is well equipped and had everything you’d need.
- The host was responsive when we needed anything.
- There are beach toys provided.
- Linens and towels provided and clean.
- Comfortable beds

- biggest concern was the area…we didn’t feel very safe. When we told our local family where it was, their faces said it all. We just kept the doors locked with all 3 locks when we were there.
- All of the downstairs windows were unlocked so CHECK! Because this is a huge security risk. The back door was also unlocked when we arrived.
- The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work.
- It had a musty feel/smell. We bought some fans at Walmart to keep us extra cool at night.
- Wish the furniture in the living area was more comfortable/larger. Also need some lamps in there since the overhead light can be too much.

Location was very good for my purposes and close to restaurants, medical facilities, groceries, pharmacies, and the beach. The owner/landlord was very prompt in responding to questions or requests. There were security cameras and exterior lights for the front door and rear patio.
William Hilton Parkway is very busy at times, even in the off-season, and sometimes difficult to get to west-bound lanes.
I found the front door unlocked when I arrived, which caused some security concerns initially, because I couldn't be sure if anyone was inside at that time. Additionally, cleaning personnel had left the two ground-level windows for the living room unlocked, both on my arrival date and again after the mid-stay cleaning. This was a security concern for me when I discovered it, because I could have gone out, not knowing they were unlocked, and returned to find the premises had been burglarized.
The front door (and maybe the rear) need new weather-stripping at the bottom. There was a good-sized gap between the front door and the bottom frame. And my cat caught a lizard that came in...not pleasant.
There were no observable smoke detectors, which I would think would be a fire code violation.
Could use a few more lamps behind recliner and sofa. Recessed lighting was not good for that. Bedroom lamps were a bit low wattage for comfortable reading.

It was very clean, had lots of kitchen items for cooking. I especially liked the pot for heating water, variety of spices. We were able to bring our pets. Enjoyed the fireplace as we had a few chilly rainy days. Thoughtfully provided bathroom amenities and nice fluffy towels.
Pots were not good quality but okay, no indication of where to empty trash from the home. I thought there would be 2 bathrooms but it is actually 1 and a half. Would have liked a hand vac or something b to get rid of pet hairs
